If you opt for delivery, this item will be delivered by Elte's delivery team.
When making a purchase you will select a 4 hour delivery window (Mon through Sat).
This delivery includes placement of the piece in your home. Our team thoroughly inspects every product before it leaves our warehouse however it is important that you (or the person you’ve deemed responsible as your designate) take the time to inspect the merchandise to make sure that there are no damages or manufacturer’s defects before the delivery team leaves your home. Upon pick-up or delivery, you will be asked to sign as acceptance of your merchandise and affirm that it is free of damage and manufacturer’s defects.
If you should notice any damages or manufacturer’s defects upon delivery of your furniture, you must note it on the Bill of Lading and call our Delivery Department (416-785-7885 x 458) while our delivery team is in your home so that we can properly assess the nature of the issue and deal with it accordingly. Failure to provide immediate notification of damages or manufacturer’s defects may impede your ability to submit a claim for resolution.
This item is eligible to be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Shipping and Delivery fees are not refundable and customer is responsible for paying the shipping fees to have the item(s) returned to the Elte/Ginger's/Elte Market Warehouse.
Any product accepted for return must be in original and unused condition (item and packaging) accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will be credited using the original method of payment. Cash and Cheque returns will be processed and mailed within 14 days.
Online purchase returns: Please call our customer service department within 7 days, request a return authorization number and arrange to have the item returned to our warehouse. This must be done within 7 days of receipt of the item for the item to qualify for a return.
